Noemi Nin is a passionate advocate for community empowerment and social impact. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she moved to New York City as an adult, where she found the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry as a financial manager, Noemi brings strategic insight and heart to her work. She holds an MBA from Rutgers University and professionally, her career spans in leading real estate companies such as Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.

Since joining Defeat the Streets in 2016, Noemi has been a driving force behind several key initiatives, contributing her talents to the Website, Finance Department, Volunteer Coordination, and Everyday Hero programs. Her work reflects a deep belief in planting seeds of kindness and creating meaningful change—often behind the scenes.

Inspired by her favorite hero, Wonder Woman, Noemi lives by the words: “So I stay, I fight, and I give for the world I know can be.”
